Our Commitment
At Sharvexxghphar, we take great care in crafting and packaging every soy jar candle. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure (for example, it is significantly different from the description, faulty, unsafe, or not fit for purpose), you may reject the goods and receive a full refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may offer a repair or replacement. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes these statutory rights.
Eligibility for Returns
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you may request a return or exchange under our voluntary policy if:
- The candle was received damaged or defective during transit
- The product received differs from what was ordered
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your candle
- The candle has not been lit or used, and remains in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Under our voluntary policy, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Candles that have been lit, burned, or partially used (other than where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law due to a major failure)
- Custom or personalised candle orders made to your specifications (unless faulty or not as described)
- Products returned without prior authorisation from our team
Where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, your statutory rights apply regardless of the above.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at partnership@sharvexxghphar.world with your order details and a description of the issue. If applicable, please include photographs of any damage. We will respond within two business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned candle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days to your original payment method. Where you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, due to a major failure), we will not unreasonably refuse that refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a breach of consumer guarantees.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your candle for a different scent or size, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will cover standard shipping for exchange orders within Australia.
Damaged Items
If your Sharvexxghphar candle arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
